30 Year Fixed Interest Rate = 6.44%
15 Year Fixed Interest Rate = 5.94%
1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage = 7.15%

If you haven't planted some ornamental grasses on your property (even in pots on the patio/deck), you are missing something grand. In August many ornamental grasses come alive with showy and feathery plumes and blooms in a variety of sizes and colors. The great news is that these plants are e-a-s-y to grow and maintain. Hameln Fountain Grass (Pennisetum alopecuroides "Hameln")
Zebra Grass; "National Arboretum" Fountain Grass (Pennisetum alopecuroides "National Arboretum");
and Pampas Grass (Cortaderia selloana). Go for it!
