Freddie Mac "HomeSteps" Foreclosed Homes - Now with Limited 2-Yr Warranty & Up to 3-1/2% Closing Cost Assistance

Freddie Mac recently launched their "SmartBuy" sales promotion, with a 2-year warranty to owner-occupants who purchase Freddie Mac "HomeSteps" homes.  More importantly, a buyer may receive significant closing costs assistance --up to 3.5% of the sales price.

A purchaser does not need to be a first-time home buyer.  Repeat: You don't need to be a 1st time home buyer to qualify.

Summary:  Buy a "HomeSteps" home; submit the offer on or before October 31, 2009; settle by December 31, 2009.
