Today, April 30th, is the Deadline! Under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009, if anyone, as a "first time home buyer" or a "move-up buyer", seeks to qualify for a credit of up to $8000. ("first time home buyer") or $6500 ("move-up buyer"), you will need to have a "ratified contract" in place by tonight before 12pm....
