Pierina Cogswell - Real Estate Associate

Pierina is a Realtor and joined Team Larson Realty, after being a former client. Pierina comes from an impressive 18 + year background in Accounting. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions supporting the banking, mortgage and commercial lending industry, which led to a fulfilling career with the Department of Tax Administration, performing tax analysis and managing corporate and business compliance audit cases. Currently, Pierina performs contract work for Fortune 500 Companies as a Senior Tax Analyst.

Pierina earned her degree in Administration of Justice, A.S, from Northern Virginia Community College and has attended George Mason University. She is a Notary Public with the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the National Virginia Association of Realtors and Virginia Association of local Auditors.

Having a strong background in contract negotiation has proven to be a valuable skillset in the home buying and selling process. Pierina understands that whether you are buying or selling a home, it is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make and it’s so important to have the right representation.

Pierina resides in Fauquier County, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and her 2 dogs. She enjoys volunteering, gardening and interior decorating.
